In this blog post, I share our homeschooling choices for the upcoming year, emphasizing that there's no one-size-fits-all approach. Our decisions are rooted in what has proven successful for our family through trial and error. The intention is to inspire others to discover their own tailored paths.

Until recently this conversation has only been had while looking at the state standards and planning curriculum for the next year. (We still honor the beginning of each year, we label it differently.) I have no real reason as to why this is, it just doesn't seem that relevant to our system. I say it's since turned into an experiment because since then it's become fascinating to watch people react to whatever answer Silas goes with on any given day. I find adults don’t always know how to engage with or interact with children.
